Cottle's Areas Draft 1

Charlie seems to have given up making such sketchy outlines - this is almost the first 'outline' he sent me. We still have some work to do on colouring and deciding exactly where the Cottles' areas are.
We really want to lay down a template for colour use that we can work with in all out later projects also, and I have pushed to try to make the differences show through when a figure is 'flattened' by conversion to greyscale (e.g. in print).
When it comes to Cottles' areas, precise locations are a subject of great debate and very variable opinion, even within the published literature. I will be involving a number of experts and reading several articles to get this right (hopefully).
